Current users: Make a Request
The Document Delivery Service is changing. Due to the business demise of our ILLOS management system which has been in use for the last 15 years, we are moving to new management software, Clio.
The change was forced on us, but we are hopeful at this stage that the new Clio system will offer significant service improvements. The system is now live, and new requests will be delivered via Clio. Existing users need not re-register, but simply use the prototype request form. New users can register at the same page.
Log into Clio using your Library barcode number. New users should choose a password; existing users should use their existing password, but note you can then change it to something more memorable.
This is currently a prototype service which we will be able to customise further, so any comments or suggestions you have will be very welcome.
You may request books, reports, theses or articles from journals via the Document Delivery Service. It is not possible to guarantee to obtain any item within a specified period. For example, articles from mainstream journals often arrive within a few days, while some books may take several weeks.
Books are posted to this Library for you to pick up, journal articles are photocopied and posted directly to you. Alternatively an increasing number of journal articles can be emailed to you via Secure Electronic Delivery. To use Secure Electronic Delivery you must be using Adobe Reader 7, articles are emailed to your University email address within a few hours. Read more about Secure Electronic Delivery.
Document Delivery is an expensive service to provide. Please see our information and guidelines on use of the Document Delivery Service
